About Me

I have dedicated my career to supporting children, teens, and families—especially those navigating challenges such as conflict, trauma, neurodivergence, and life transitions.

As a therapist, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for women seeking clarity in their relationships, parents who want to better understand and support their children, and couples working to strengthen their connection. I also work closely with teens who struggle with family dynamics, friendships, self-esteem, or the pressures of school and life changes.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by family conflict, struggling with communication in your relationships, or searching for guidance in parenting, I offer a holistic approach that considers emotional, social, cognitive, and relational well-being. Together, we can work toward healing, self-discovery, and deeper connections in your life.
